This Associate Enterprise Monitoring Engineer is responsible for delivering and supporting large-scale network, system, application, service, and business activity monitoring solutions.

This position involves the deployment and support of the tools the company uses to monitor Client network, systems and applications. The individual will work with senior members of the team to gather monitoring requirements from stakeholders and deliver solutions utilising the enterprise monitoring tool set.

• Good all round Infrastructure Technical skills 
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) 
• Self-driven individual with good Project Scope Management Skills
• Solid understanding of medium/large scale applications, network architectures, monitoring and fault management.
• Must have 2+ years’ experience developing application dashboards utilizing monitoring tools.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience administering multiple monitoring systems such as ManageEngine Monitoring Suite, Stor2RRD, Dynatrace, etc.
• Strong Experience with Windows, Unix and Linux Systems. 
• Strong Experience WMI, SSH, API, CLI, PowerShell etc
• Coordinate between Vendor support and Vendor development teams to ensure effective delivery of L0 monitoring services to the end-Client
• Supporting the service support and service delivery goals for operational performance of the monitoring systems including
  • Deployment of new products and services
  • Management of false positives and negatives
  • Configuration, release, and change management
  • Implementation of core applications monitoring and monitoring service support
• Stay abreast of the latest monitoring technology and trends
