Job description:

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on acquisition pages.
2. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web-based products.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform design decisions.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
6. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.
8. Demonstrate clear understanding of the fundamentals behind UX and UI for app, mobile, web.
9. Highly organized with the capability to multi-task and priorities to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

It would be a bonus if you also had:

1. An understanding of HTML5 / CSS3.
2. Experience working in an Agile and/or Lean environment.
3. Experience incorporating SEO requirements into design.
4. Digital eCommerce Experience.
