Role: Vlocity Business Architect

Job Description:

1. The Business Architect is a team leader on our Strategic Business Process Engagements know as Roadmaps and Blueprints
2. This person is tasked with facilitating workshops to gain an understanding of our client's current state processes and technology in the CRM space, and from that map out a future state that includes improved process definition as well as best-practice architecture and implementation of Salesforce.com, Vlocity and other related cloud based technologies
3. As a Certified Vlocity Platform Consultant, the Business Architect also designs and deploys solutions that support customer business processes and requirements using Salesforce.com, Vlvity applications
4. The Business Architect has experience designing solutions using Vlocity functionality and can lead the implementation of these solutions within a customer organization
5. The consultant has a combination of Telecommunication industry experience and expertise in Salesforce.com applications including the knowledge needed to implement multiple applications in common customer service scenarios

Responsibilities:

1. The Business Architect plays a key role working onsite with customers to align strategic goals and objectives with key decisions regarding Vlocity products and services
2. Must be able to manage and deliver components of customer engagements that include analysis of current state business process and technology, process and functional design, future state prototyping and architecture for Salesforce.com
3. Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least 2 enterprise full-lifecycle Vlocity implementations with project ownership. Brings experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.), or Messaging and Collaboration software
4. Business operations and process experience in Communications/Telecommunication & Energy
5. Must possess strong analytical and Salesforce.com, Vlocity product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and the translation of those needs into technology and operational requirements
6. Interpret customer provided process flow or system diagrams and produce future state versions of these diagrams that highlight the advantages of future state recommendations
7. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional workshops of 10 – 50 people (including executive level teams) for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering
8.  Identify gaps and apply business/industry knowledge to identify areas for business change
9. Involvement in identifying business requirements, collection of use cases/user stories, process design (swim lanes, work flow mapping, etc.), testing, training and implementation support a must
10. Possesses past business case experience and can demonstrate an ability to navigate the most complex customer environments
11. Enthusiastic, professional and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions
12. Strong project management, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
13. Demonstrate Industry Implementation Knowledge and Skill

Education and Required Experience (Requirements)

• Must understand Telecom Domain and Enterprise level (Must)
• 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading call center/customer service transformation projects
• 5+ years progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements in enterprise environments
• 3+ years' experience implementing or administering Sales Force Automation software in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience architecting enterprise integration systems and proven ability to create integration landscape diagrams and use cases
• Good experience with Vlocity DataRaptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity OmniScript, VlocityDX, Vlocity Integration Procedures, Vlocity CPQ, Vlocity OM/OM+ and either Vlocity EPC or Ratings Engine
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Looking for a full-time position
• Vlocity Platform Developer/Consultant certification
• Vlocity CPQ/OM certification is highly preferred
