Total Experience: 8 to 12 years in IT and Telecom Domain

Job Description:

1. Relevant design experience of in Vlocity Product modeling (EPC), and CPQ solution design and architecture
2. Domain knowledge in IPVPN/ MPLS, IP Voice, Hosted and Cloud Communications, SDWAN, Security, etc.
3. Prior experience required with design background on –
   1. Customer Management and CPQ 
   2. Fulfillment and Service Activation  
   3. Inventory Management 
   4. Service Design of Telecom products and services 
4. Ability to drive Design work on a project/ Program, working collaboratively with the Business, Operational, Product Managers, Portfolio Architects, Platform Technical Team, Developers and Testing teams to identify multiple solution options and determine the best possible E2e solution.
5. Responsible for providing Technical and Domain leadership to a team of Component solution designers on large complex projects/programs. 
6. Lead on discussions with Domain Architects to ensure the right architectural guidance is taken into consideration for the E2e design, ensuring that the design is compliant with Product strategy and best practices.
7. Experience in Test Driven Designs and Agile methodology is a plus point.  
8. Demonstrable experience in customer relationship management, ability to drive Hothouses and Workshops
9. Should be able to assess and quantify the risks associated with their design decisions
10. Ability to do impact assessments and feasibilities based on high level business requirements
11. Good understanding and appreciation for customer enterprise architecture, roadmaps, product and data models
