Job description:

1. 8 years of professional experience in Web
2. L2 level support on the Virtualized Infrastructure for US, EMEA and APAC region servers
3. Managing the incident, Change request, Task request through Service Now ticketing Tool.
4. Supporting US, EMEA and APAC region users (24/7)
5. Managing VMware Infrastructure Environment with 125+ ESXi servers, 4200+ Virtual Machines
6. Providing only hardware level support for retail physical servers
7. Installing, Configuring & Upgrading ESXi servers
8. Manage VM’s using VMware VCenter & Managing the VM’s through web access.
9. Creating and managing VMware Cluster.
10. Enabling HA and DRS features in a cluster.
11. Creating Templates from VM’s and deploy the VM’s from templates and allocate resources.
12. Worked on VMware Update Manager for Updating or Patching for all the ESXi hosts and Virtual machines.
13. Performing VMotion of the VMs across ESXi hosts

Technical Skills:

1. Operating system: Web, IIS
2. Knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.0, 6.5 , 6.7 & 7.0
3. Microsoft Azure (Basic)
