Role: Webservices Tester / QA Tester

Location: Offshore

Job description:

1. 5 to 8 years of extensive IT experience as a Senior Test Analyst
2. Atleast 5 years experience in web Services Testing
3. Involvement in requirements analysis, test planning activities, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, and execution of all testing requires that the software is of the highest quality
4. Written integration test cases with applications using Soap webservices
5. Knowledge of XML/XSD/JSON/SOAP/WSDL  and ability to read XML payloads and understand it
6. Ability to read and search for  application logs within the application servers
7. Involved in test data preparation, payload generation and creation of test plan documents
8. Experience using testing tools including but not limited to SOAP UI, Postman, Mercury test director etc is a must..
9. Experience interacting with business analysists, Software  developers in requirements gathering, bug reviews, planning meetings, testing, and documentation for applications developed in an agile environment.
10. Experience in Manual as well as automation testing of web services.
11. Working experience in Scrum, Agile environments, attend daily stand-up meetings to finish tasks based in the estimation.
12. Experience in the Insurance industry and Guidewire P &C products including Policy center, Claims center, and billing center would be added advantage
