Role: Workday Consultant

Location: Chennai (Pan India)

Exp:- 5 to 10 Yrs

Basic Qualifications:   
 1+ year of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role, or similar level role, preferably
with a large consulting firm  
 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering HCM implementations in a leadership role 
 3-5 years of experience.
 Experience managing cross functional teams

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have
equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.

Preferred Skills:  
 4+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.  
 Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client
relationship management  
 Demonstrated understanding of the cross functional dependencies and impacts to conversions
and integrations  
 Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
 Must be an expert in Workday HCM module (includes Business process) configuration and setup
configuration
 Experience in all phases of the workday implementation cycle, including analysis, design, unit-
test, system test and deployment.
 Hands-on experience in Data analysis, Mass upload and Report writing, Inquiry support
 Hands-on experience in Production support.
 Ability to Envision, Model and perform system configuration of data flows and workflows.
 Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Good exposure to MS-Office tools.
 Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to functional
areas
 Willing to work in shifts.
 Having Workday certification will be an added advantage.
