Job Description

• Must be an expert in Workday HCM module (includes Business process) configuration and setup configuration)
• Experience in all phases of the workday implementation cycle, including analysis, design, unit-test, system test and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in Data analysis, Mass upload and Report writing, Inquiry support
• Hands-on experience in Production support.
• Ability to Envision, Model and perform system configuration of data flows and workflows.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good exposure to MS-Office tools.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to functional areas
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Having Workday certification will be an added advantage.
