Job Description:
- Person should have at least 2 years of good hands on experience on Zuora Implementations across customers
- Person should be Zuora university trained (Certified will be an added advantage)
- Person should be well versed with Zuora 9 keys and Zuora configuration / Customization for these 9 key principles.
- Person should have excellent knowledge on Zuora Billing (Including Product management, Subscription Management, Customer Account management, Bill Runs, Invoice Templates)
- Person should have excellent knowledge on Zuora Payment and Collections process (Payment Runs, Electronic Payment Method management, Payment Gateway integration and reconciliation
- Person should have excellent knowledge on Zuora Accounting and Finance processes (Chart of accounts, Accounting period maintenance and closure, Journal runs, Revenue data sharing)
- Person should have good exposure on Zuora APIs and integration with external applications like ERP, Taxation. A thorough knowledge on Zuora workflow will be added advantage.
- Person should have good written and spoken communication skills. Exposure in customer facing role will be added advantage.
