Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 13+ years of total experience (and 5+ years of experience as a cloud solution Architect)
2. AWS certified solution architect professional
3. Design & Implement IT infrastructure solutions in both On Premise and Cloud
4. Robust, hands-on knowledge of provisioning and managing cloud solution infrastructure with full security and compliance considerations
5. Should be able to drive solution across multiple areas including Public/Private Cloud, Service Desk, End User Computing, Security, Service Management, Tools, Transition, Emerging technologies etc.
6. In depth understanding of Hosting services, Managed services, Server migration/Consolidation, Green field and Transformation projects for On Premise and Cloud
7. Expert level knowledge for at least one of the cloud platforms AWS, Azure, cloud and/ or Hyper-V 2012 and good knowledge on at least two platforms
8. Hands-on knowledge on migration tools and methodologies (experience using any one of the migration tools e.g. PlateSpin, vConvertor or Azure Site Recovery would be preferred)
9. Understanding of industry trends & developments and work towards attaining healthcare domain and HIPPA / industry expertise
10. Strong work experience on Windows and/ or Linux Platform
11. Expertise in SMG Process management
12. Handling large project proposals which includes providing responses from infra POC, creating statements of work, support level agreements and cost/benefit analysis
13. Coordination with vendors/service providers in seeking technical and commercial proposals, negotiation of costs, pre/post purchase relationship management
14. Evaluate and make recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate
